A multidisciplinary creative leader with over a decade of experience at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and advertising. His creative journey began in childhood, experimenting with a camcorder, a VCR, and an unrelenting curiosity to craft stories from scratch. This passion evolved into formal training in film and art at OCAD University, where Alexei refined his skills in visual storytelling and creative strategy.
Alexei’s career has been defined by transformative roles across the creative landscape. From his early days as a videographer and editor at Diamond Marketing in Toronto to producing campaigns for global brands like Mercedes-Benz and Google as a staff producer at RadicalMedia, Alexei cultivated a reputation for excellence. At Digital Domain, he expanded his expertise in post-production and animation, contributing to groundbreaking campaigns for Samsung and Acer. Most recently, as the Global Head of Creative at OnePlus, Alexei led a team of 18+ creatives, delivering over 45 product launches and shaping the brand’s visual and tonal identity on a global scale.
Having recently departed OnePlus, Alexei is focusing on future opportunities in directing and creative innovation. Quietly building what’s next, he remains committed to challenging conventions and delivering work that defines industries.
